    Secretary

    Location: Oke-Bola, Ibadan - Oyo

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a reliable and organized Secretary to support daily operations at our organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide a friendly and conducive atmosphere for clients
    • Manage correspondence & schedules
    • Handling administrative tasks in the office as required
    • Providing excellent customer service to client
    • Attend to walk-in client & introduce/advise different travels package.

    Requirements

    • HND / B.Sc in any relevant field
    • 2-3 years working experience as a secretary or admin roles
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite
    • Must live within job environment.
