Responsibilities

• Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
• Maintaining chairman's diaries and arranging appointments.
• Typing, preparing and collating reports.
• Filing.
• Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
• Managing databases.
• Prioritizing workloads.

Requirements

• Maximum qualification is OND in Business Administration with Certification in desktop publishing.
• 1 - 2 years of work experience.
• The position is suitable for female between the ages of 20 - 25years at the time of application
• Must be smart and very flexible
• Must have a good fashion sense
• Must be ready to travel with the CEO any time.

Remuneration
N480,000 - N540,000 Annually.
