Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ibadan for a Search Engine Optimization Executive. The role involves conducting keyword research, optimizing website pages for on-page SEO, managing link-building strategies, performing SEO audits, and enhancing online visibility through social media marketing. The Search Engine Optimization Executive will collaborate with the team to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor and report on website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Optimise website content, structure, and technical elements for improved search rankings.
• Build high-quality backlinks and manage link-building strategies.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to align SEO efforts with overall business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and YouTube).
• Perform keyword research and audience targeting for paid campaigns.
• Monitor, analyse, and optimise Google Ads performance to improve ROI and reduce cost per conversion.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad copies, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
• Track conversions and generate performance reports for both SEO and paid campaigns.

Qualifications

• Must have completed NYSC.
• Minimum commitment of 2 years with the company.
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools and techniques.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website analytics.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
