Bachelor's degree in Guidance and Counselling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
8 years post-qualification experience working with children in a school. 5 years of which MUST have been within an international school setting
An excellent understanding of the emotional, social, developmental and educational issues of children and teenagers.
The possession of a Master’s in Counselling or Psychology will be an added advantage; so will further therapeutic training or certification in working with children and young people.
