Scheduler at Cliqe Solutions Limited

The Planner is responsible for managing staff schedules and shifts to ensure smooth operations. 

This role requires strong organizational skills to  effectively handle complex scheduling and resource allocation across all  teams. 

Experience With: 

• Creating & managing staff rotas for service coverage 
• Adjusting schedules & handling last-minute changes 
• Supporting service efficiency and reporting 

Must Have: 

• BSc/HND in Business Admin or related field 
• 2–4 years in scheduling/operations planning in Healthcare 
• Strong organizational & problem-solving skills
