Savings Mobilization Officer at Resurgir Consulting

We are seeking a target-driven Savings Mobilization Officer to drive customer acquisition, savings and investment mobilization, relationship management, and field-based business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mobilize savings, deposits, and investments from individuals, SMEs, traders, and cooperatives.
• Acquire and maintain customer relationships through regular follow-up and engagement.
• Conduct market visits, community outreach, and customer sensitisation.
• Manage collections, documentation, and timely remittance of funds.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Achieve assigned mobilization targets.

Requirements:

• OND, HND, or BSc in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in savings mobilization, sales, marketing, microfinance, or cooperative services.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and customer relationship skills.
• Target-driven, trustworthy, and comfortable with field activities.
