Job Overview

• As a Digitalization Lead with SAP expertise, you will spearhead digital transformation initiatives and oversee the integration of SAP systems across the organization. 
• Your role will involve strategizing, planning, and executing digital projects to enhance operational efficiency and streamline business processes. 
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of digital solutions and foster a culture of innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Transformation Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital transformation strategies aligned with the company's goals.
• Project Management: Lead and manage digital projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• System Implementation: Oversee the implementation and integration of SAP systems to optimize business operations.
• Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SAP QM, PP modules) to meet specific business requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve SAP systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Business Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for digital transformation and process optimization.
• IIoT and Automation: Implement IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) and automation solutions to streamline operations and improve productivity.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data analytics and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including IT, operations, finance, and supply chain teams, to ensure successful project implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital transformation, with a focus on SAP implementation and integration.
• Proven track record of leading and managing digital projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience with IoT, IIoT, and automation technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and integration.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Technical Skills:

• SAP Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SAP QM, and PP modules.
• Programming and Configuration: Proficiency in SAP programming languages (e.g., ABAP) and configuration.
• Data Analytics: Experience with data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI).
