As the Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the salon, ensuring excellent service delivery, effective staff management, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
You will manage operations, people, inventory, and reporting while driving revenue growth and maintaining brand standards.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily salon operations to ensure smooth workflow, service quality, and customer satisfaction
Lead, schedule, and supervise salon staff, including performance management and training support
Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, hygiene standards, and compliance with safety regulations
Handle client complaints professionally and support service promotions and upselling initiatives.
Requirements
OND / HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years experience in salon, spa, or hospitality management
Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills
Knowledge of beauty industry trends, salon operations, and service standards.
