• Greeting customers, helping them find items in the store, and ringing up purchases
• Presenting products to potential customers, explaining features and benefits, answering questions, and assisting with orders
• Presenting price quotes to customers based on the company's catalog or sales manual
• Following up with customers after a sale to ensure satisfaction and solicit feedback
• Maintaining and developing friendship with existing customers by ensuring regular contact with them
• Visiting prospective customers in assigned locations to answer their questions and ask for new orders.
