    Sales Team Lead

    Responsibilities

    • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
    • Recruit and build Sales/Marketing team.
    • Lead and manage the sales/ Marketers team
    • Provide market analysis and pricing recommendations.
    • Develop and maintain client relationships.
    • Conduct property showings and open houses.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements.

    Requirements

    • Valid real estate license.
    • Previous experience in real estate sales preferred.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
