    Sales Supervisor

    LOCATION: Abia, Rivers, Akwa Ibom, Cross Rivers
    SUPERVISOR/MANAGER: TSM Rivers/Abia/Cross River and Akwa Ibom

    MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    Team Management

    • Responsible for Managing 8-15 sales representatives in at least 1 state
    • Responsible for dovetailing territory targets to Sales Reps and agents
    • Recruit, manage, train and coach Sales Reps
    • Work with Sales Reps in recruiting field agents
    • Ensure Sales Reps and field agents are well integrated into Oolu
    • Motivate team leads and field agents
    • Territory Management
    • Responsible for the targets for the territory
    • Provide input into the development of sales strategies & targets for the region
    • Responsible for the implementation of sales strategies in the territory
    • Formulate strategies for channel development & management for the region
    • Ensure full compliance of sales, payment and control policies
    • New Business Development. Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
    • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, competitors and customer feedback
    • Product Delivery & Receivables Management
    • Ensure effective inventory and stock management within the territory - stock must always be available in the right quantities at the right time and in the places needed
    • Ensure prompt collection of all receivables 

    PERFORMANCE GOALS: 

    Sales

    Sell the number of units to ensure profitability

    of Units Sold

    Repair of Systems

    Ensure systems are repaired as quickly as possible

    of Systems repaired within 5 days

    of systems repaired > 5 days

    Retrieval of Systems

    Minimise the number of systems retrieved so all/majority of system generate revenue

    systems retrieved

    Active Field Sales Agents

    Ensure the majority of field agents of are active and selling on/above the number of units to ensure profitability

    % of field agents selling > 2 units per day from pool of agents 

    Tier A: 70%

    Tier B: 50%

    Stock Management

    Debt Management

    Other Business Issue

    This is a fluid target which should assigned based on pressing issues facing the territory which need to be addressed
