Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
• Organize and coordinate a sales team.
• Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock.
• Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods.
• Keep up with fluctuating supply and demand.
• Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards.
• Supervise and oversee the maintenance of customer databases.
• Analyze field reports and prepare sales documents.
• Utilize information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3 years’ experience in a sales-focused customer/client facing role with a track record of top performance.
• The candidate must reside on the Island.
