    Sales Strategist

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a proactive, dedicated, and reliable Sales Strategist.
    • As the Sales Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales objectives.
    • You will work closely with the sales team to aid their productivity level and also create compelling strategies to make this a reality.


    • Develop business plans for the company based on its unique needs and goals.
    • Create marketing plans to increase brand awareness for the company's services.
    • Identify potential client needs and provide solutions that will increase sales or improve customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct research on the current state of an industry or sector, including analyzing market trends, consumer behavior patterns, technology advancements, and competitors' activity.
    • Guide the sales team effectively to help them achieve their goals.
    • Develop strategic plans to improve sales results, including creating training programs to improve the performance of the sales team and customer service skills.


    • Bachelor's Degree/ HND in Marketing, Economics, Business administration, or any related field.
    •  2 - 5 years of proven work experience as a Sales Strategist.
    • Expertise in developing strategic marketing analysis.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks assigned.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
