Job Requirements

• 3-5 Years minimum in sales or related field in the FMCG or related industry.
• Deploy aggressive and persuasive selling techniques to win prospective customers and sell products.
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis regularly on existing and potential customers
• Maintain strong and profitable business relationships with customers and distributors to guarantee continuous patronage and sustainable income generation
• Identify, develop and maintain distributors in coverage area
• Maintain full knowledge and understanding of the company’s products and their unique advantages over competing brands
• Provide regular market feedback to Sales Manager on assigned coverage area
• Maintain close contact and engagement with existing customers, via physical visitation, telephone calls, social media, emails, etc., for relevant information and feedback on areas of improvement
• Carry out regular market intelligence gathering and environmental scanning to discover emerging business opportunities.
