Sales Representative

Job Details
- Welcome and attend to customers in a warm and professional manner
- Help customers choose itemsthat suit their style, size, and needs
- Provide product information (sizes, materials, pricing, and care tips)
- Upsell and cross-sell related items
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the store and displays
- Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels
- Handle customer complaints or returns politely and efficiently
- Stay updated on new arrivals, trends, and promotions.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess an SSCE, FSLC, OND, NCE, or HND with at least 1 year experience.
