Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Entry-Level Sales Reps to join our dynamic sales team. This role focuses on generating sales primarily through online channels, requiring proactive customer engagement, excellent communication skills, and strong follow-up ability.
• The ideal candidate will manage client interactions from inquiry to conversion, ensuring customer satisfaction, repeat business, and a seamless online experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers across online sales channels (social media, website, WhatsApp, email, etc.).
• Make follow-up calls and maintain consistent communication with prospects and existing clients.
• Convert online inquiries into successful sales through persuasive communication and relationship building.
• Handle basic customer complaints and provide timely resolutions to maintain client trust.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
• Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to enhance customer experience and improve sales strategies.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND, SSCE.
• 0 - 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or telesales (experience in online sales is an advantage).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms.
• Must be proactive, organized, and target-driven.
• Candidates must reside within Surulere or nearby areas.

Benefits

• Salary: N60,000 Monthly.
• Commission: Attractive performance-based commission
