    Sales Representative (Pharmaceutical Company)

    About Our Client:

    Our client is a reputable pharmaceutical company based in Lagos, Nigeria, specializing in the manufacture and distribution of high-quality pharmaceutical products. With a commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, our client strives to improve access to essential medications and promote better health outcomes.

    Role Summary:

    As a Sales Representative for our client's pharmaceutical products, you will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and other customers. You will play a key role in driving sales growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets.

    Responsibilities:

    • Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospitals, through effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new customers and market segments, to expand the company's customer base and increase sales revenue.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, providing exceptional customer service and support to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
    • Collaborate with the sales team and cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Medical Affairs, to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats, and provide feedback to management for strategic decision-making.
    • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs accurately and on time, using CRM tools and other sales management systems.
    • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to network with customers and industry stakeholders and promote company products and services.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably with a focus on ethical/pharmaceutical products.
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
