Sales Representative at Oolu Solar

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

The candidate will be responsible in delivering of sales values to our customers and meeting of sales target to assiged areas of the state.

The candidates will be responsible in rectruiting his team of Field agents who will work with him as a team to deliver values and meet set targets while the company will be responsible for the their salaries and commissions.

QUALITIES OF THE CANDIDATE:

• Must be able to manage a sales team with strong sales skills, leadership trait and emotional intelligence.
• Must be desirous of growth from the sales ladder and appreciate to work with on a background of merit system and reward for excellence.
• Candidates applying for this job MUST be resident in any of these states'

EXPERIENCE:

Experience in retail sales job with any company is required to be considered for this role irrespective of industry from 1 - 5 years of experience. Additional experience in Solar related industry is gives a better chance for consideration.

REMUNERATION: 

Salary is based on industry standard and  with reward for hard work and technical training for self development.
