The Sales Representative role is a critical position at mDoc, supporting our mission to transform healthcare. You will play a key role in building relationships, enrolling members on our CompleteHealth™ platform, and driving the adoption of our solutions. This role is perfect for someone passionate about making a difference, determined, and ready to take on new challenges.
Key Responsibilites
Persuade prospective members to enroll with mDoc.
Promote the mDoc brand through scheduled phone cadences.
Convert assigned members to paying customers across various payment platforms.
Achieve monthly patient enrollment targets.
Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
Identify members’ needs, clarify information, and provide appropriate solutions.
Negotiate contracts and determine pricing schedules for promotions.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs and understand company offerings.
Maintain client records and provide follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in sales or customer interaction roles (preferred).
Experience with outbound/inbound calls is a plus.
University graduates with internship experience in sales, customer service, or retail are encouraged to apply.
Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, handling phone, email, and chat communications.
Experience in fast-paced, results-driven work environments.
Flexibility to work occasionally on weekends.
