Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused, and result-oriented Sales Representative to drive sales, engage customers, promote products, and contribute to the achievement of the company's sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customers professionally and provide accurate product information.
• Promote and sell the company's products to prospective and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and attractive sales area.
• Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
• Monitor product availability and report low stock levels to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer transactions.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Submit regular sales reports to the supervisor or management.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE; OND or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work towards sales targets.
• Honesty, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
