• We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our clothing store team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting customers in finding the right products, and helping to drive store sales.
• You will play a key role in creating a welcoming shopping experience and representing the brand in a professional and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
• Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.
• Upsell and cross-sell clothing items and accessories to increase sales.
• Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, neatly displayed, and organized.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales floor and fitting rooms.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Participate in inventory counts and restocking when necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification; Previous experience in retail sales or fashion is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and confident in customer interactions.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as needed.
