We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our travel company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for selling travel packages, products, and services to clients.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and sales skills, a deep knowledge of the travel industry, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Sell travel packages, products, and services to clients
Respond to inquiries from clients regarding travel products and services
Collaborate with clients to plan and customize travel itineraries
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients regarding travel destinations, activities, and accommodations
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the travel industry
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
Up to 3 years of experience in sales in the travel industry or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a deep knowledge of the travel industry
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other sales software.
