Job Summary

• We are seeking a passionate and goal-driven Sales Representative with experience in cosmetics or beauty retail.
• The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of skincare, makeup, and beauty products, along with excellent customer service and sales skills. You will play a key role in driving revenue, building customer loyalty, and providing expert product advice.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers warmly to understand their beauty needs and preferences
• Recommend suitable products and demonstrate their use
• Upsell and cross-sell products to meet or exceed sales targets
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of current product lines, new arrivals, and industry trends
• Build long-term relationships with customers by providing personalized service
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Keep the sales floor well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing
• Process transactions using POS systems accurately and efficiently
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages
• Support in organizing in-store promotions, events, and product launches

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years sales experience in a cosmetics, skincare, or beauty retail environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Neat appearance and professional demeanor
• Team player with a customer-first attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with popular cosmetics brands and latest beauty trends
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools, Emails and Reports.
