    Sales Representative

    Job Description

    • The role is responsible for interfacing with Trade Channel Members and selling Champion Breweries brands to appointed Distributors, Bulk Breakers, and Retailers as well as daily visits to Trade Channel
    • Members (Distributors, Bulk Breakers, and Retailers) to ascertain their stock holding. obtain sales orders, check the status of own infrastructure (chillers/deep freezer, signage, POS materials, etc) and deal with other issues of mutual interests.
    • The Sales Representative (SR) will seek out and engage potential Trade Channel Members for mutual benefits.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals.
    • Sell Champion Breweries Plc Brands to existing and prospective Trade Channel Members.
    • Make effective sales calls daily to Trade Channel Members.
    • Establish, develop, and maintain a positive business and customer relationships with Trade Channel Members.
    • Project recommend the appointment of any prospective Trade Channel Mernbers in assigned sales territory.
    • Manage the Van Sales Representatives (VSRs) ensuring route call compliance, use Of the Journey list correctly, and solving problems that will be encountered by the VSR.
    • Accompany the VSR on route calls as part of their training.
    • Collates and updates sale territory Journey lists for effective sales coverage.
    • Manage all Trade activations in his/her sales territory.
    • Manages Champion Breweries Plc Trade Infrastructure (including point of sales (POS) materials etc„) in assigned sales territory.
    • Drives Champion Breweries Brands market share growth and Numeric Distribution (ND) in assigned sales territory.
    • Render all Sales territory reports including competition tracking reports to the Sales Admin Manager via the District Sales Manager.
    • Ensures quality complaints retrieved from Trade are treated in line with approved Champion Breweries guidelines and procedures.
    • Arranges and preside over Sales territory rneetings with Van Sales Representatives (VSRs).

    QUALIFICATION:

    • Relevant Degree in Marketing, Management Studies, Business Administration and Other related discipline.
    • Minimum 2 years Of relevant work experience as Van Sales Rep or Distributor Sales Rep in an FMCG Industry.

    • Defensive Drivin Skills with Valid Driver's License

    • Time Management skills in Microsoft Office Suites
