    Sales Representative

    Reports to: GM (Sales & Marketing)

    Employer: BAT Computer Technologies Limited         

     Employee Department: Sales & Marketing

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Selling company products and services to prospective customers
    • Performing cost-benefit analysis of existing and potential customers
    • Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
    • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
    • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
    • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
    • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
    • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

     

    Competence Requirements

    •  In-depth understanding of all BAT Computers Products and services
    • Advance selling knowledge and experience
    • Strong knowledge of negotiation skills
    • Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills
    • Strong Relationship Management experience

    Educational Qualification

    • First degree or its equivalent in any relevant discipline
    • 5 Years experience in the ICT/Telecommunication Section
    • 2 years as a Team Leader will be an added advantage
    • Training on Sale of Products is an added advantage
