Sales Representative at Amy Consulting

Key Responsibilities

• Take orders via WhatsApp and social media, process orders
• Promote and sell artificial flowers, floral arrangements, décor accessories, and related products to existing and prospective customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, and social media engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with florists, event planners, interior decorators, gift shops, supermarkets, and other retail clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Conduct product demonstrations and recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing within approved limits, and close sales.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
• Process customer orders and coordinate with the operations/logistics team to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and prospects using the company's CRM or sales tracker.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, promotional events, and product launches.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous sales experience, preferably in floral products, home décor, interior design products, gift items, event supplies, or retail sales.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Experience using CRM software is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
