We are looking for a proactive and energetic Sales Operations Associate to support and drive the company’s front-line sales activities. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who is passionate about business development, customer engagement, and generating opportunities through direct outreach and field execution.
The Sales Operations Associate will be responsible for identifying leads, conducting outreach, handling calls, scheduling meetings, supporting pipeline generation, and driving day-to-day sales execution activities. This role requires someone who is comfortable being on the field, engaging prospects consistently, and building a strong foundation in B2B sales.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, customer engagement, field marketing, or business development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with outbound calling, prospecting, and field engagement activities.
Highly energetic, confident, and target-driven.
Ability to work independently and manage daily sales activities effectively.
Strong willingness to build a long-term career in sales and business development.
Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales tracking processes is an advantage.
Telemarketing or outbound sales experience is highly preferred.
Previous experience within technology, ERP, SaaS, or service-based industries is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Identify and source potential leads through field visits, research, outbound calls, referrals, networking, and other lead generation activities.
Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and outbound engagement to introduce the company’s products and services.
Support day-to-day sales operations activities including lead qualification, appointment scheduling, and pipeline coordination.
Visit potential clients and businesses to create awareness and generate business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activities, and sales conversations within CRM and tracking systems.
Work closely with the Revenue Operations team to transition qualified leads into active opportunities.
Assist in executing sales campaigns, activations, and business development initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with prospects to support long-term business opportunities.
Meet assigned outreach, engagement, and lead generation targets.
Provide market intelligence and feedback regarding customer behavior, competition, and business opportunities.
Represent the company professionally during field engagements, meetings, and networking opportunities.
