Sales Officer (Surulere Axis) at First Guarantee Pension Limited (FGPL)

Responsibilities

• Sourcing for , promoting and selling Quality Personal (salary and entrepreneur) , Business and SME Loan products using solid persuasion skills to existing and prospective customers
• Creating and developing new and Innovative ways of getting liabilities (Investments) to the company.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• At least 1year experience in Sales/Marketing preferably in a financial institution
• BSC or HND qualification in business, marketing, economics or related field.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Fluent in English and Pidgin.
• A commitment to excellent customer service.
• Superb interpersonal skills
• Ability to build productive business professional relationships
