Job Description

• Are you a driven salesperson seeking to excel in the lending industry? We are actively seeking a Sales Officer for Loans to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and drive sales of loan products independently
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial needs
• Provide personalized guidance and support throughout the loan application process
• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and effective sales strategies

Qualifications

• A minimum of Ordinary National Diploma
• Proven track record in sales, particularly within the lending sector
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Benefits

• A target of N10,000,000 minimum for N60,000 basic pay (entry level)
• A target of N50,000,000 minimum for N150,000 basic pay (mid level)
