    Sales & Marketing Manager

    Job Overview

    • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to drive student enrollment, build strategic partnerships, and expand the visibility of our tech training programs. The ideal candidate has strong experience in sales within the education or ed-tech space, understands the tech education landscape, and has a proven ability to deliver measurable growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute business development strategies to attract prospective students and achieve enrollment targets
    • Promote and sell tech training programs to individuals and institutions
    • Identify, generate, and actively follow up on new leads and enrollment opportunities
    • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
    • Analyze enrollment trends and optimize strategies for improved results
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive referrals and long-term engagement
    • Identify, approach, and nurture partnerships with schools, NGOs, corporations, community-based organizations, and government agencies
    • Maintain and expand relationships with key stakeholders to strengthen brand credibility and market reach
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute multi-channel campaigns (online and offline)
    • Oversee the development of promotional materials, social media content, and outreach initiatives
    • Represent the academy at education fairs, conferences, networking events, and seminars
    • Deliver compelling presentations and pitches to partners and stakeholders
    • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, emerging technologies, and student preferences
    • Conduct feasibility studies for new markets and growth opportunities
    • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports with data-driven insights and recommendations

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
    • 3–5 years of proven sales experience 
    • Demonstrated success in driving enrollment growth and developing strategic partnerships
    • Strong understanding of the tech ecosystem, digital skills training, and workforce development
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team
