    Sales/Marketing Manager

    The Sales & Marketing Manager being the Head of the Sales & Marketing Team is in charge of ensuring that the financial target of the Company is met 100%. The Sales & Marketing Manager will also be in charge of the development and implementation of all marketing goals and activities of the company and is required to provide professional expertise in team leadership
    Responsibilities:

    • Establish and maintain relationships with all the industry influencers and key strategic partners nationwide
    • Increase the visibility and market share of the company’s brand nationwide
    • Visit the markets regularly to secure market intelligence, especially information on the goods that are in demand, the prices and activities of competitors and other necessary details required to develop a workable strategy.
    • Represent the company at industry related meetings/seminars/networking programs to promote the company’s products.
    • Manage the performance of the sales & marketing team.
    • Oversee the weekly strategy meetings and guide the preparation of marketing activity reports and present report to Executive Management on a regular basis.
    • Meet with key clients and assist the sales team with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
    • Facilitate the relationship between the sales & marketing department and other sales related units (showroom).
    • Develop and manage the sales team annual budget.
    • Provide guidance for sales team to help them embody the company culture and work with HR to strengthen the morale of the sales team so as to improve their engagement.
    • Review and analyse sales performances against projections and work with HR to overhaul the staffing, training, and performance evaluations of the sales team

    Requirements:

    • A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Marketing.
    • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a Sales & Marketing Manager role.
    • Must have strong networks in the building construction industry.
    • Must be self-motivated, have some background in e-commerce sales, and possess creative selling and online marketing skills.
    • Must have high level strategic thinking and implementation skills.
    • Proven experience conducting market analysis and identifying new territories.
    • Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
