Sales Marketing Manager at Bave Design Studio

• You will be responsible for driving revenue through paid ads, email & SMS marketing, SEO-aligned campaigns, and conversion optimization, working closely with internal teams while independently owning execution.
• This is a remote role, based in Nigeria, and the ideal candidate must be available to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute sales-driven marketing strategies for skincare and retail brands
• Run and optimize Facebook (Meta), Instagram, Google Ads, and retargeting campaigns
• Own email marketing and SMS marketing (campaigns, flows, promotions, abandoned carts, re-engagement)
• Develop and manage monthly sales calendars (promotions, launches, campaigns)
• Collaborate with creative and web teams to improve conversion rates and customer journeys
• Analyze performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversions, email revenue) and optimize continuously
• Understand and apply SEO fundamentals to support long-term organic growth
• Identify growth opportunities across online and offline retail touchpoints
• Take full ownership of assigned brands — from strategy to execution to reporting
• Provide clear weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in sales & marketing for retail or e-commerce brands (skincare or beauty is a strong advantage)
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and paid social campaigns
• Excellent understanding of email marketing and SMS marketing for retail conversions
• Solid grasp of SEO basics and how they support paid and organic sales
• Highly proactive, organized, and execution-focused — you don’t wait to be told what to do
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on sales numbers and ROI
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills
• Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple campaigns independently
• Must be based in Nigeria and able to start immediately
