    Sales Managers

    • The Sales manager would drive product sales, meet customer acquisition and revenue targets and engage key market agents to keep the company competitive.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the customer base and market presence.
    • Align personal and divisional targets with company sales strategies.
    • Build lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
    • Acquire new clients through direct sales, cold calls, and B2B visits.
    • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
    • Analyze market trends to detennine pricing and customer needs.
    • Track emerging markets and monitor competitors.
    • Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
    • Forecast sales and assess product profitability.

    Requirements:
