    Sales Manager (Multiple Locations)

    Role Overview

    • We are seeking experienced Sales Managers to drive business development and sales growth across key commercial and industrial corridors within Lagos and its surrounding areas. The ideal candidates will possess strong B2B factory sales experience, an extensive industry network, and a proven ability to secure large corporate or project-based accounts.

    Territory Coverage

    Successful candidates will be assigned to one of the following territories:

    • Lagos Mainland & Agbara Axis
    • Lagos–Ibadan Expressway Corridor – focusing on industrial clusters and commercial developments along the route
    • Ikorodu – Shagamu Interchange Axis – targeting industrial clients, businesses, and project opportunities
    • Sango-Ota – Iyana-Ipaja Corridor – with extended coverage to the Ikeja–Abeokuta axis

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within assigned territory.
    • Identify and secure B2B opportunities with factories, industrial clients, and commercial projects.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, contractors, and project developers.
    • Drive business development initiatives and expand market penetration.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
    • Work closely with distributors and channel partners to ensure product availability.
    • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 5–8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or building materials sectors.
    • Strong network within the Lagos industrial and commercial market.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
    • Ability to travel within assigned territory.
