    Sales Manager (Lubricant)

    Job Summary

    • This leadership position requires a proven track record of driving sales within the lubricant industry, a deep understanding of Nigerian market dynamics, and the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute robust sales strategies that align with our business objectives, driving significant revenue growth and market share within the lubricant sector.
    • Cultivate and nurture strategic relationships with key industrial clients, understanding their complex lubricant needs and positioning our products as mission-critical solutions.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of the Nigerian lubricant market landscape, including competitor activities, emerging trends, and evolving customer requirements.
    • Strategic Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, exploring untapped market segments and developing innovative approaches to market penetration.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
    • 5-10 years of progressive sales management experience within the lubricant industry with a verifiable track record of exceeding sales targets.
    • Comprehensive technical understanding of a wide range of industrial lubricants, including their applications, performance characteristics, and market positioning (e.g., gear oils, hydraulic fluids, specialty oils, greases, coolants).
    • A strong network of contacts within the Lubricant industrial sector, including key decision-makers in procurement, engineering, and maintenance.
    • Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive sustainable growth in a competitive market.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
