    Sales Manager

    Location: Ojota, Lagos

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure that revenue and profit targets are achieved.
    • Generating business by leveraging existing relationships, prospecting, conducting market analysis.
    • Maximizing sales performance through delivering an exceptional customer experience and by taking customer feedback.
    • Implementation of territory growth strategies.
    • Sales forecast and review of available pipeline
    • Responsible for leading customer acceptance of new product designs
    • Identifying and developing sustainable relationship with key accounts at both strategic and tactical level.
    • Managing entire sales process targeting to top prospectus, identifying client solutions, negotiating, and closing.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
    • 5 years of experience in sales on the same or related industry.
    • Candidates with experience in a flexible packaging plastic company.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
    • Experience setting sales goals
    • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.

    Salary
    N300,000 - N350,000 Monthly.
