    Sales Manager

    Key responsibilities 

    • Identify business opportunities and new market initiatives by promoting the Grandville\'s existing brands and introducing new products to the market. Develop Sales Plans and Strategy for achievement of goals 
    • Prepare and review weekly/monthly reports 
    • Draft Business Proposals 
    • Prepare PowerPoint Presentation 
    • Attend Presentations, Physical and Online meetings 
    • TakeMinutes of Meetings. 
    • Attend Industry events and conferences. 
    • ManageCompanies, Hospital and Individuals Partnerships/Business with us Contact Current and Potential Clients, building a relationship with them and seal business deals 
    • Have an in-depth knowledge of Grandville products, services and value proposition. 
    • Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales and marketing team meets their quotas and goals. 
    • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company\'s marketing goals. Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports. 
    • Implementing new sales plans and advertising. 
    • Training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing objectives. 
    • Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
