    Sales Manager - Google Workspace Enterprise

     Our client is a leading Google Cloud Partner specializing in technology sales and support. We are part of the Google Partner Advantage program, enabling businesses to access Google Cloud products like Google Workspace and Google for Education with local currency payments and local support.

    Duties, Responsibilities, & Functions

    • Drive the sales of Google Workspace Enterprise packages, leveraging previous experience in selling Microsoft products to effectively communicate the benefits of Google Workspace to potential clients.
    • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals for Google Workspace services.
    • Lead, guide, coach, and support a team of Digital Sales Officers, ensuring optimal performance, individual growth, and successful team outcomes.
    • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the enterprise sector, employing networking, referrals, and market research to expand the customer base.
    • Build and foster robust relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, business owners, and decision-makers, to drive customer acquisition and retention.
    • Conduct regular market analysis, stay informed about industry trends, and monitor the competitive landscape and pricing strategies to identify business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
    • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns, promotions, and lead generation activities targeting enterprise clients.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including conversion rates, revenue growth, and customer acquisition costs.
    • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the senior management team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

    Skillset Requirements + Recommendation

    • Bachelor's degree in management discipline is preferred.
    • Minimum of 3 years work experience in Sales within a technology-based service company. Experience with Google Workspace is highly desirable.
    • Strong preference for experience in selling Microsoft products.
    • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and managing a successful sales team.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop sales professionals.
    • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage pipelines, track sales activities, and generate reports.
