Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our FMCG distribution sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales strategy, territory management, distributor and retail channel development, and team leadership within the FMCG sector.
- You will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and ensuring the effective execution of sales plans across your assigned region.
Requirements
- First degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of proven experience in FMCG sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of distribution networks, retail dynamics, and sales analytics.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
