    Sales Manager

    Responsibilities:

    •  Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
    •  Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales quotas.
    •  Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
    •  Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients.
    •  Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
    •  Conduct sales meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations for the sales team.
    •  Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
    •  Manage the sales budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize sales performance.

    Qualifications: 

    •  Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, or related field; MBA is a plus.
    •  Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of driving sales growth.
    •  Strong leadership and team-building skills.
    •  Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
    •  Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
    •  Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
    •  Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    •  Detail-oriented and organized.
