    Sales Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a results-oriented and experienced Sales Manager – Institution / Project Sales to lead sales activities focused on institutional clients and project-based opportunities.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective planning and execution.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive institutional and project sales growth.
    • Identify and secure new business opportunities within corporate, government, educational, healthcare, and other institutional sectors.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
    • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract closure.
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and project quotations.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
    • Lead, mentor, and support sales team members to achieve performance goals.
    • Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
    • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of proven experience in institutional sales, project sales, or business development.
    • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
    • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
