We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and coordinate our sales team.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for supervising daily sales activities, activating procurement of assets, ensuring strict adherence to the company’s sales processes, and driving the achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and manage the sales team.
Monitor and follow up on the day-to-day activities of sales officers.
Activate and coordinate procurement on approved assets.
Ensure full compliance with Finance sales policies and procedures.
Track sales performance and ensure timely achievement of sales targets.
Provide regular coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to the sales team.
Prepare and submit sales reports to management.
Requirements
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years working experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role, preferably in the lending industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good understanding of sales processes and asset-based financing
