Job Description
- Customer Engagement: Welcome clients warmly, offer personalized styling, and provide expert advice on fabric, fit, and seasonal trends.
- Sales Generation: Meet or exceed monthly and individual sales targets through active selling and upselling.
- Client Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and repeat clients, managing follow-ups for fittings, custom orders, or new arrivals.
- Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the boutique or showroom floor looks neat, visually attractive, and properly stocked at all times.
- Administrative Duties: Process sales accurately using POS systems, handle feedback or returns, and track daily inventory.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 4 - 6 years experience.
