    Sales Executive

    About the role:

    • The Sales Executive will be required to build and promote Mercedes-Benz products (passenger cars and commercial vehicles) of the Company and at the same time maintain relationship with customers.
    • You will be the key point of contact for our customers who are buying Mercedes-Benz vehicles.

    Responsibilities

    • Sourcing for new customers while maintaining the existing client base.
    • Responding to inquiries, recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
    • Assist supervisor in negotiation and finalising a sale.
    • Inform customers of the different models of vehicles by explaining the features in the vehicles.
    • Understands the Mercedes-Benz brand and is able to contribute positively to the team.
    • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
    • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with potential customers.
    • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.
    • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
    • Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
    • Maintains professional and technical knowledge of the products.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    • Configuration of trucks and make offers to customers.

    Requirements

    • A bachelor degree, preferably in a Business or STEM related discipline such as Business Administration, Commerce, Sales Management, Engineering or Computer Science.
    • 3-4 years’ working experience in a related field.
    • Enhanced customer service skills, Negotiation and pricing skills.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends.
    • Analytical, problem solving and technical skills.
    • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
