Requirements
We are looking for ambitious, energetic and commercially minded individuals who:

• Minimum of OND, and 0–3 years of work experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Have a strong interest in building a career in sales, business development or other commercial roles.
• Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal and customer engagement skills.
• Are confident, persuasive and commercially aware, with an ability to identify opportunities and drive results.
• Demonstrate resilience, initiative and a willingness to learn, adapt and take on challenges.
• Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership.
• Have experience or exposure in sales, business development, customer service, retail, FMCG or other commercial environments (an advantage) and are available to participate fully in the programme.
