About the job

• This role requires a proven professional Salesperson with tenacity, ambition and capability to work with minimal supervision.
• The core mandate will be B2C revenue generation and delivery on sales targets. Performance will be target driven.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
• Manage complex negotiations with seniorlevel executives
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

Qualifications

• Minimum of 25 years of sales experience
• BSc/BA degree or equivalent
• Proven work experience as a retail salesperson
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Familiar with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Experience in a bank or training organisation will be most preferred.
