• We are currently in need a qualified and well-experienced applicant to fill in the role of Sales Executive - Real Estate.
• He/she will be responsible for generating leads, developing relationships with clients, and closing deals in the highly competitive real estate market.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, social media, and networking.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate and timely information about properties.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND or BSc in relevant fields with 2 - 3 years work experience.
• Proven track record of success in real estate sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
