    Sales Executive

    Job Description

    • We are seeking to hire a Sales Professional who will grow our sales pipeline and close qualified leads while maintaining and growing relationships with our existing client base.
    • You will influence Decision Makers by creating business cases for digital transformation and translating value propositions into solutions that drive our client's business outcomes.
    • The ideal candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

    Responsibilities

    • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a well-groomed sales pipeline with qualified leads and prospects.
    • Identify prospects, qualify leads and close new business deals across our wide range of services including Design, App Development, Cloud Solutions, Robotics and ICT Education.
    • Conduct continual sales intelligence of customers and competitor activity monitoring key market trends, regulations, developments and opportunities to give us a competitive edge in the marketplace.
    • Prepare realistic sales forecast, host technology account planning sessions and present sales, revenue and expenses reports.
    • Leverage our in-house digital sales strategy in collaboration with our digital marketing team to identify new business opportunities.
    • Prepare and submit regulatory paperwork, contract bids, proposals and invoices for new and existing business opportunities.
    • Administer and report day-to-day business operations, maintain relationships with new and existing clients, and set up meetings, tasks and projects for the team.

    Requirements

    • Successful candidates will be minimum Bachelor's Degree holders (Preferably in Law, Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting or other Social Sciences) and have either started or completed their national youth service. Prior B2B sales experience is a must, with preference given to candidates with Technology B2B sales experience.
    • Completed Bachelor’s Degree and NYSC certificate.
    • At least 3 years work experience.
    • Prior experience with B2B sales (preferably in technology solutions and/or consulting) with a demonstrable track record of overachieving sales quota.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with exceptional communication, negotiation, customer service and consultative solution selling skills.
    • Outstanding organisational and administrative skills with the ability to create, plan and deliver succinct presentations, proposals and corporate documents.
    • Ability to demonstrate natural creativity shown by a track record of bringing new ideas, concepts and innovation in past projects.
    • Demonstrable flair for technology and knowledge of technology project management would be an advantage.
    • You have a reliable laptop with access to fast internet and are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

    Benefits
    Competitive Base Salary + Bonus (10% commission on every deal closed).
