    Sales Executive

    Our Client specializes in providing premium real estate and serviced apartment solutions. We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience and strong networks in the real estate/service apartment sector. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving bookings and sales in our serviced apartments and properties. This role requires an individual with excellent sales acumen, strong connections, and the ability to deliver measurable results in a competitive market.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Actively market and sell company properties through advertising, client engagement, and direct sales strategies.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.
    • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the real estate/serviced apartment sector.

    Requirements

    • 2–3 years proven sales experience in the real estate or serviced apartment sector.
    • Strong network and connections in Lagos real estate/service apartment market.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and meet set sales targets.
    • High level of professionalism, integrity, and persistence.
