    Sales Executive / Recruiter

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials to support sales efforts.
    • Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to the leadership team.

    Recruitment:

    • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the organization, ensuring a high-quality talent pipeline.
    • Utilize online platforms, social media, and other channels to attract passive candidates and promote our employer brand.
    • Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, serving as a brand ambassador for the company.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates.
    • Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR is preferred but not required.
    • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving business growth and building high-performing teams.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other relevant tools.
    • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
